Extremely knowledgeable. Understood our requirements and suggested homes accordingly. He took a one hour session on what the buying process would look like both from a buyer and seller perspective. For first time homebuyers like us, that session was a boon. Very responsive (this holds true even after we got our home). We got a home during the COVID wave when the housing market was very erratic. Nilesh was able to quickly adapt and suggest estimates accordingly. It was truly a pleasure working with him. Highly recommended.
